At Coral Reef Innovation Africa, our vision is inspired by the coral reef, an ecosystem of colour, life, and development. We’re building a coral reef of ideas that connects students, teachers, schools, partners, and communities.
Together, we meet, collaborate, develop, and release the potential that will transform Africa’s young population into a skilled global workforce.
Africa is at a tipping point: by 2035, the continent will be home to 40% of the world’s population, with an average age of just 19. But a large population doesn’t automatically mean a strong talent pool — that talent must be nurtured through education and skills development.
